With the strong typhoon "CANDU" approaching, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Southern Jiangsu and other places will be affected by the storm. It is expected that "CANDU" will land along the coast from Pudong, Shanghai to Qidong, Jiangsu, and may also swing from Hangzhou Bay to the Yangtze River Estuary.
Affected by this, the major terminals, storage yards and warehouses of Ningbo and Shanghai ports have successively issued notices to suspend operations. Due to the impact of Typhoon "CANDU", relevant notices have been issued to suspend the loading and unloading operation of Ningbo Daxie investment promotion terminal, Meishan terminal, Beilun first, second and third container terminals, Zhenhai terminal and Yongzhou terminal.
According to the news released by Shanghai airport, affected by Typhoon "CANDU", the traffic capacity of Shanghai Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Airport will be greatly reduced, and more than 80% of inbound and outbound flights will be reduced and cancelled. All inbound and outbound flights at Pudong Airport will be cancelled; and all inbound and outbound flights at Hongqiao Airport were cancelled.
